Bonded Diamonds
Posted on October 30th, 2009 No commentsBefore you start shopping for diamonds, consider dealing with a bonded jeweler. Bonded jewelers sell bonded diamonds, and there are very few bonded jewelers in the world. In fact, out of all of the jeweler’s in the world, only about 5% of them are bonded. Buying a bonded diamond will cost more than buying a non-bonded diamond, but when you look at what you get with the bonded option, you will see that it is well worth the extra expense.
First, bonded diamonds have a buy back policy for the life of the diamond. No matter how long you have had the diamond, you can take it back to the bonded jeweler and sell it back to him or her, for a 100% refund. If a jeweler does not offer a 100% buy back guarantee, for the life of the diamond, then you should take a closer look at the diamond to see what is wrong with it.
Bonded diamonds also have a breakage policy. If the stone breaks or chips, the bonded jeweler will replace it with a new one – one time. No jeweler would ever offer such a policy on any stone that was not 100% natural, so just the offer of such a policy should give you piece of mind concerning the quality of the diamond. Bonded diamonds are natural and untreated.
Bonded diamonds increase in value, with a fixed appreciation rate that is designed to keep up with inflation. This means that a diamond that is worth a certain amount of money today will be worth more in the future, as the price of diamonds continues to rise. This generally does not apply to buy backs, however. It typically applies to trade-ins.
Alternately, by purchasing a bonded diamond, you are protected against the possibility of a market crash. If a market crash occurs, the value of diamonds will drop. However, the bonded jeweler guarantees to refund you the difference between what the diamond is now worth and what you paid for it before the market crash.
It may be difficult to find a bonded jeweler in your area, but if you can, this is who you want to deal with, as opposed to dealing with an un-bonded jeweler. Specifically tell the jeweler that you are only interested in bonded diamonds. By comparing jewelley prices on line You can find a bonded jeweler in your area or by calling the local jewellery stores.

Top Truck and SUV Accessories
Posted on October 29th, 2009 No commentsIf you own a pickup truck or SUV chances are your vehicle looks quite a bit different than from the day that you bought it home from the dealership. Im not talking about wear and tear, scratches or dings, or any other thing that may have happened to it over the course of time. Rather, I am suggesting that you have customized it to look the way you want it to look. Let’s take a peek at some popular accessories on the market for pickups as well as for SUVs.
There are literally hundreds of after market parts and accessories available for trucks and SUVs. The following list is an alphabetical example [well, almost] of add-ons for your consideration:
Air Filter Reusable air filters are growing in popularity as motorists see both the performance and environmental benefits of using one.
Bed Mats Scratches and stains are a thing of the past with a properly installed bed mat on any pickup truck.
Car Bras Also known as hood protectors, many truck and SUV owners are opting for this important accessory to keep their vehicles free from flying debris as well as to give their vehicle a custom look.
Dog Box Even poochie needs his place. Especially a great idea for protecting your GMC Yukon from pet hair and dander.
Engine Module Looking for more power? An engine module will allow your truck or SUV to obtain higher horsepower and acceleration.
Fender Flares Going for a custom look? If so, fender flares are the way to go and they offer additional coverage for the fender area too.
Grille Guard Especially helpful if you have to round up cattle or want to offer extra special protection to your front end.
Hitch Great for towing!
Intake Tube More air for your engine, means more power.
Jumper Cables You never know
Knock Sensor Not really an accessory, but listed because I needed a K to complete the example.
Liquid Tank When you just have to keep it all cool
Mud Flaps A cool as well as useful accessory to keep your wheels looking great.
Nerf Bars Tubular free form bumpers beat out stock bumpers every time.
Overhead Storage Hey, you have to store your firearms somewhere, dont you?
Performance Chip A great way to crank out more horsepower and thrust.
Seat Covers Custom fitted seat covers can protect your seats from rips, tears, and stains.
Tailgate Door Remove the door and go with the net. Keeps everything in its place.
Umbrella You’ll need one to get from your truck to your home.
Vent Visor Keeps the water from drenching you while exiting your GMC Suburban.
Winch You just never know when you’ll get stuck
If you were to fully accessorize your truck or SUV with all of these parts you would pay thousands of dollars for the privilege. Your vehicle would also look overdone too! Of course, it would be better for you to be selective and choose those accessories that mean the most to you. Shop an online wholesaler of automobile parts and accessories for the best prices too.

What to Look For In A Cheap Web Hosting Provider
Posted on October 29th, 2009 No commentsIf you have made the decision to switch from your expensive web host to a cheaper web host to host your website, you may be a bit overwhelmed over the thousands of cheap web hosting providers available on the internet. When choosing a web host, you will want to make sure that the provider is reliable, continues to update the server hardware and software, and has excellent customer service. You should also check the customer testimonials.
Nothing is more frustrating to a business website owner than the web host being down. This happens occasionally, even for the best ones, but if you can’t get in touch with the web hosting provider, it can prove to be disastrous.. Imagine not being able to have your customers reach your website for days! The revenue that you lose could be astronomical!
So while price may be a consideration when choosing a cheap web hosting provider, it should not be the only consideration. As mentioned, one of the most important things to look for in a cheap web host is good customer service, and as part of a great service is the possiblity to purchase not only web hosting, but also cheap domains online. Who knows? – Perhaps you will feel like to expand your business in the future and having one provider for all web hosting related services can prove to be very efficient!.
Yes – a web host can be good even though they’re low cost.
You would also want to check out the space available on the cheap web hosting plan, as well as the bandwidth allotted for your website. Bandwidth is what allows customers to visit your site, and it’s important that it’s big enough to handle all your incoming visitors.
You should be extra concerned about the space; even if the space that you have now seems to be sufficient, you may want to expand your website at one point in time.
Another important feature You should check out is if you are allowed to add additional sites to the hosting plan (called addons).. There are many different ways to earn money with websites on the internet, and by hosting several of your own sites, the sky is the limit when it comes to internet income.

Auto Cheap Insurance
Posted on October 29th, 2009 No commentsLately I have been researching about credit cards. I have found that there are all types of rates and they all very greatly. Obviously everyone wants the best rate that they can find. I have set out to make sure that I can find the best rates available, but of course there are a few exceptions to the rule and every rule.
When you search for www-autocheapinsurance.net you will find different things like zero interest for them the introductory months, balance transfers, balanced rates, and sometimes yearly fees and other things.
First of all people need to search for what kind of thing interests them the most. For me I like a good Auto Cheap Insurance. There are a lot of sites where you can find an honest Auto Cheap Insurance help on the market today, and I seem to prefer the ones that give airline miles. So I tried to spend a lot of things on my airline miles reward cards credit card.
First of all see what kind of rewards card or other type of benefit you want in a credit card, then search the different companies and see which one has what you like the best. I think everyone has a preference when it comes to searching for a credit card company. Some prefer American Express, some Visa, some Mastercard, and of course there are others to choose from if you’d like. A simple search on the internet will give you a whole list. See what you can find and feel free to comment. Thank you.

There really are a lot of easy and economical showpieces that you can make at the comfort of your own home. Here are a few tips that can be beneficial.
Above all, if you want your showpiece to be the focal point then you have to think about the things that are really important to both the mom and the baby. It is useful to know the gender of the baby but if you don’t know the sex of the baby then perhaps you can think about the nursery and the color selection they prefer. Ask your friend that has had a shower for ideas for baby shower invitation wording.
One magnificent idea for a babyish centerpiece is an attractive mobile suspended right above the center table where all the baby shower favors are located. This mobile can have a lot of cute baby things like pacifiers, rattles, feeding bottles, bibs, mittens and booties hanging from it.
An elegant flower arrangement is another showpiece that could even be the decorative highlight of the occasion. If you use her favorite flower then it will certainly make the mom very happy. It is important to have a cake when you have a party. Having the baby shower cake as the focal point of your party is another wonderful suggestion. You could likewise have a baby diaper cake or a cake in the form of a feeding bottle. Use your creativity and have tiny cupcakes instead placed in 3 to 4 tiers designed to look like a large cake.
In creating your own showpieces, besides applying your own subject matter, you can make use of popular baby characters as well. Like for instance, a baby Mickey theme for boys and a baby Minnie theme for girls. In the middle of the table, you may have a basket full of mini stuffed toys which may also be given to the guests as baby shower favors.
One more fabulous idea is to apply your own color scheme to make your original focal point. Tissa Godavitarne
Posted on October 29th, 2009 No commentsBecause I receive so many inquires about who is Tissa Godavitarne that I decided to write a little post about him.
I first heard of Tissa through the Wealthy affiliate forum in the recommended products section. This is a paid private forum which I have been a member for about three years and have trusted the other members recommendations and advise. The member who was presenting Tissa’s Affiliatize program was only a month or two old in doing online business but had made a good start with Tissa’s program and was clearing over a $1000 in profit already.
I did some more digging on the product and found that one can enter the program with little money, just enough for hosting your web page. The landing page explains a lot about Tissa and why he is looking for affiliates to promote his business. But it seems too good to be real and I think this is the main reason why people are asking who is this Tissa Godavitarne?
Tissa is for real and has been here for some time! He genuinely wants to help upstarts to acquire a business and is not promising anything more then a modest income, no get rich quick and become a millionaire in a month type program. Yes there are a lot of people who are doing business with Tissa Godavitarne in his Affiliatize program because it does work and the market is wide open for more.
Is Tissa Godavitarne just another scam artist tricking people into a worthless plan that cost a lot of money and time? No! He is the real deal for those of us that are willing to work and have patience growing our business into a profitable experience. The only people that seem to call Tissa’s program a scam are those that know nothing about it or have done little in promoting the product. I am not saying that this program is for everybody, it isn’t but if you are willing to work and see it through then it will most likely be a good investment of your time and money.
When you look around the internet and find all these different marketing business that say they have the best program for you to join. It is refreshing to find someone like Tissa Godavitarne in his down to earth type approach being honest and straight forward with a good product to promote.

Car Crashes You Name It
Posted on October 28th, 2009 No commentsWhat a time I’ve had lately it all commenced with a problem with my tap leaking well anyway I sought to find a local plumber in the localised phone directory – who would turn up within a week no luck there Anyhow I decided to do a search on google for Plumbers Gas Safe in Manchester. Hit gold with that one there they where on-line .In Any Case I used the contact form and within about 20 minutes I took a phone call to fix up an appointment .That’s what I call service. To cut a long story short they arrived the said day and where quite a bit cheaper than the company who would not get to me for virtually a week.
Not long after the original problem was solved don’t I get a telephone call from a friend stating someone has rammed into his car from behind and are abnegating any obligation. Not really sure how that works as they clearly drove into his car. Well hot on my success with google and the phantom plumbers don’t I get online and go searching for a Manchester Personal Injury Solicitor for him. Simply on the off chance that his policy has some micro little clause about legal costs who knows?
On a happier note an individual I know has resolved to expend some of their redundancy on buying a sandwitch delivery business. Not really certain if they have done as much research as they should before going for it .I have told them that they need a Manchester Chartered Accountant to look at the records as these people recognise exactly what they are looking at. For the price it may well save him thousands if the business is going to fold or hopefully the accountant will turn around and say that it seems like a profitable business go for it.
So all in all the last few weeks have been quite eventful around here. Looking ahead to a few calm weeks now with no leakages or telephone calls about car accidents.

The 1940′s Housing Shortage
Posted on October 28th, 2009 No commentsThe 1940′s Housing Shortage}
Sometimes described in the post WWII years as `the housing shortage’, the nationwide effort to fix a very troubling issue has over the years come to be called `the housing boom’. Undoubtedly it was a boom in demand and building. There was also a notable increase in house ownership, achieved in many cases through dogged individual effort and years of sacrifice.
Changing social attitudes offered new opportunities, but also narrowed the options. Emphasis in government housing plans was at first on rental dwellings; later there was a swing toward the ownership of budget housing. At a time when various influencers had reduced the availability of rental houses, governments, banks, finance companies, building societies and housing co-ops were offering a wider range of opportunities for home ownership. Ironically this was at a time of a rise in building input costs.
Top on the list of factors linked to rising construction costs were the introduction in 1948 of the 40-hour week, and drastic increases in the cost of building materials. By 1948 an employer had to pay an unqualified building labourer a higher wage than a tradesperson had received in early 1946.
To keep both labourer and tradie economically employed the builder needed a continuous flow of materials which was a rare occurrence in those times. A shortage of skilled workers also meant lower quality building and a blow out in construction time.
Contract prices were loaded with an increasing profit margin as an insurance against unseen problems. Under commonwealth price control, builders were entitled to a 10 per cent `profit’ on the contract price. Above award payments were not recognised in price control and yet builders often found a need to pay above award salaries to ensure house completion.
Unexpected costs could happen when, for example, hardwood flooring was suddenly out of stock, and a higher price would then have to be paid for imported timber for flooring.
With local cement taking forever to turn up, a batch from interstate was sometimes purchased at nearly three times the price. When compared to 1939 prices timber flooring material had, by 1948, doubled in value. Cement had risen by almost 20 per cent and terracotta roofing tiles by more than 25 per cent. A gallon of quality paint costing around 30s ($3) in 1939 had risen by 40 per cent by 1948.
When added to rising costs and shortages of materials the government restrictions, limiting the area of a new home to 12 squares (111.48 square metres) for a timber house and 1250 square feet (116.12 square metres) for a brick house, completed the recipe for an imposed design modesty.
The economical floor plan was necessary; cost-saving and limitations on area made large single-purpose rooms a luxury. Verandahs and generous porches disappeared, reducing the shade at the front of the house to a minimum area. Ceiling heights had been slowly reduced from the turn of the century and were now typically nine feet (2745 mm). Until the government construction restrictions were lifted in 1952 the acceptance of no-nonsense functionalism was as much a mandated state as it was a fashionable philosophy. This was the era of the great Australian Dream.

Deciding On Local Chiropractic Providers?
Posted on October 28th, 2009 No commentsLike any person living in this day and age, when I want to find something, I look online. It doesn’t matter if I’m looking for a place to eat, or if I want to find a Portland Chiropractor. The steps are usually the same.
I type in my search phrase, like Salt Lake City Chiropractor, and I wait for the results page to show up. Then what? How do i know who’s the best? One of my favorite places to look is the online reviews. Online reviews aren’t necessarily the most trustworthy (they’re anonymous after all), but at least it’s something to go by.
If someone has no reviews (good or bad), does that mean they’re good? They just haven’t made anyone mad? Or does it mean that no one was knocked out by their service and decided that they werent’ worth the time?
I think that any professional should start to learn the value of having a review online. At least something to cancel out the inevitable bad review you’re bound to get at some point or another. I know that when I went to check for a Stratford CT Chiropractor, it made me feel much more comfortable knowing there were reviews for me to check out.
If you have a bad experience with any type of service industry, consider posting a review. It doesn’t have to be nasty or over the top, but help others avoid something terrible. Of course if you’re willing to do that, make sure you leave good reviews too!
Otherwise, the internet will just become nothing but negativity without any hope of finding someone good. Even the best restaurants have an off day. It shouldn’t live in infamy online forever and ever.

Tour Prague, Vienna and Budapest, the Heart of Central Europe
Posted on October 28th, 2009 No commentsPrague is overcrowded with European tourists, most arriving by bus loads from all corners of Europe, but it is enchanting and a city not to miss on your tour of Central Europe. For the American traveler the heart of Central Europe offers the possibility to experience it by river cruise and cycling.
River cruising offers much better way of sightseeing the picturesque landscapes and romantic towns and villages. View the life go by from the deck of a small river ship. This kind of cruise has nothing to compare it to the impersonal ocean-going liners.
A wonderful way to experience Central Europe is to fly into Prague, spend three days to sightsee this gem of cities, the hundred-spire city, the mother of cities, as Prague is called, then take a train to Nuremberg in Germany to board your small river ship.
It takes six days at leisurely pace to reach Budapest. En route you’ll pass the wonderful German and Austrian towns, starting with the medieval Regensburg, Passau, then tour Melk’s magnificent Benedictine Abbey, wonder the streets of romantic Vienna and finally arrive in Budapest.
In Passau you can take a side trip to Linz, a historic town and picture postcard perfect one. After Melk Vienna is a major stop and a grand old European metropolis it is to explore for its impressive historical treasures.
Of course if you love to cycle what’s better than power your own two wheels and cycle this part of Europe’s best bicycle trails. You can cycle the medieval Greenway between Prague and Vienna and it’s just as enjoyable to do it in either direction.
A great trail to cycle that crosses the Danube and feeds into the Vienna-Prague Greenway is the Salzburg-Prague trail. And once in Budapest, you can embark on the ancient Amber trail from Budapest across Slovakia to Krakow in Poland.
Ideal time to come to Central Europe is May to October, start planning your next year’s vacation!
